Julia co-curated the group exhibition I Slept Like A Stone with LAB Gallery Curator Sheena Barrett in 2018.
The exhibition brought together significant Irish collaborative and socially engaged artworks alongside a selection of recent works commissioned from across Europe through the Collaborative Arts Partnership Programme (CAPP) led by Create.
I Slept Like A Stone explored the potentials of collaborative and socially engaged arts practice, how we connect, misunderstand each other, and eventually find new ways of communicating with each other through collective journeys.
