Julia is curating an Arts Engagement Programme around the three exhibitions in The LAB Gallery: At The Still End Of The World by Rory Tangney and Wild Accumulations by Karen Ebbs, which are on view from 3 March to 3 April and Deck – A Collection of Found Playing Cards by Claire Halpin, on view from 3 March until June.

Julia organised a series of card games and visual art workshops, as well as Visual Thinking Strategies sessions with primary school children in the local area, in response to the exhibitions.

She also produced ‘Switch, Snap, Spit, Hold your Horses?, An Evening of Card Games at The LAB’ with artist Claire Halpin.
